    • Baby allergies from food are common and can be dangerous. Never give your baby honey, eggs, whole milk or nuts until after one year old. No peanut butter until he is 2 years old.
    • Watch for signs of rashes or red areas on baby's face.
    • Gas, diarrhea or vomiting could be a sign of an allergy.
    • If these symptoms occur remove the food from your baby's diet wait for 7-10 days and then reintroduce it. If your baby has the same reactions tell your pediatrician and keep that food out of his diet for now.
    • Nasal irritation like congestion or a runny nose can mean allergy too.
    • Signs of breathing difficulties or wheezing is considered an emergency.
    • SWELLING is never good. If your baby's face, throat or tongue swells call 911!
